It all started with a roadtrip…One journey was never going to be enough, so every year we scour the backroads and highways from Missouri to Mississippi in the name of new recipes to take home. Our menu is the result of 18 trips to over 70 towns and cities across the Southern States and counting.

If you can’t make it to Hickory’s get it delivered direct to your door with Hickory’s At Home as their Pitmasters have created a menu packed with their favourite smokehouse dishes, all smoked low ‘n’ slow in their Ole Hickory smokers, then chilled & packed ready for you to heat & eat at home.

They deliver nationwide Wednesday to Sunday. (excluding some postcodes in the Scottish Highlands).
